They are used to remember your preferences and improve your experience on return visits. You can modify your browser settings to decline cookies, though doing so may limit certain website functionality.

How We Use Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors interact with our content, measure page performance, and make improvements over time.

  • Google Fonts — Typography provider. Google Fonts loads font files from Google's servers; no form data is transmitted to Google.

We may also use third-party hosting or storage vendors. All such providers are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using it for purposes other than providing services to us.

7. Sharing Your Information

Crossroads Land Advisors does not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers — Trusted platforms (such as GoHighLevel and Zoho) that help us operate our website and deliver communications. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements — When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Crossroads Land Advisors or others.
  • With your consent — For any purpose you explicitly authorize at the time the information is provided.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) for all data transmissions between your browser and our server.

We strive to maintain appropriate security measures; however, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. By using our website, you acknowledge that there are inherent security limitations beyond our control, and that the security of information transmitted electronically cannot be guaranteed absolutely.

11. Email Communications

From time to time, we may contact you via email to respond to your inquiry, deliver resources you requested, or share information relevant to your situation. We do not send unsolicited bulk marketing email.

If you would like to stop receiving email communications from us, you may reply to any email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line, or submit a request using the Privacy Request Form below.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. When changes are significant, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the updated Policy.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.

13. Submit a Privacy Request

To exercise any of your privacy rights — including requests to be removed from our records, correct information, or opt out of SMS, email, or direct mail communications — please complete the form below. We will respond within five business days.

A note on removal requests: When you request to be removed from our records, we do not permanently erase every record of your contact information. Instead, we retain a minimal suppression record — typically your email address, phone number, and/or mailing address — flagged internally as "Do Not Contact." This is done to protect you: without it, your information could inadvertently re-enter our system through a future form submission or mailing list, resulting in unwanted contact. All other personal data — including your name, property details, notes, and any communication history — is permanently deleted. If you have questions about this process, use the form below or call us at 616.800.7050.

You may also reach us by phone at 616.800.7050.
